The IT Academy offers IT courses, training programmes and workshops for all employees of Utrecht University.

This way we help you, our colleague, to develop your IT skills even further. Maybe you want to become more efficient in how you perform your daily tasks while using the IT- solutions that the University offers. Or maybe you are preparing for a future in which automation and IT will play an even bigger role than today.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a researcher, a teacher, or administrative/support staff .

We offer content on a wide range of topics; varying from practical hands-on workshop to learn Excel, Outlook or iRODS, to more theoretical courses in Lean, PRINCE2 Projectmanagement and Agile/Scrum. Aside from courses on a regular roster, we offer learning solutions taylor made to your situation, or to help your team or department grow as a group.

We have close relationships with our vendors, which means that we can ffer you quality learning solutions for fair prices.

The IT Academy is an initiative by the direction Informationd & Technology Services, which is Utrecht University’s central IT-department. By ITS, for UU. Aside from our regular services, we welcome collaborations with other departments withing the University. This way we stimulate indivduals to claim ownership over their own professional development.
