I prefer to learn in my own schedule, watching a video for example. Is that possible?

Yes! We are working on recording some video tutorials. Do you want to suggest a topic for a video tutorial, let us know via uuacademy@uu.nl We can’t promise anything in terms of deadlines, and how soon we can make your video. It does help us to gather insights into what our community needs. And the more people email us, the more we know 🙂

I have skills and want to share them! Can UU Academy help me do that?

YES PLEASE! We’d love to! We strongly encourage you to share your expertise with your colleagues, and we love to facilitate. We can help organizing your class, whether this is on location or online. We can take care of participation registration, facilities, and communicating with participants. This way you online need to show up and teach your class! Or, we’ll help you record a video lesson, which we then publish on this website. Let’s talk about the possibilities.

Do you offer e-learnings?

Yes and no. We don’t have any e-learnings in our curriculum to enroll in immediately. We can recommend a few of our partners who do offer them. We currently don’t have any price agreements for e-learnings, so you can also check our education partners’ curriculum.

I just got an email from this website saiyng I can now log on. It then says I don’t have acces to anything in the site. How can I enroll in my selected course?

We built this website using WordPress. By origin, this is a blog-style website. This means that when you use your Solis-id to logon for the first time, you are automatically added as a Subscriber. Dat betekent dat je, als je voor de eerste keer inlogt op de site met je Solis-id, je wordt aangemeld als ‘subscriber’ van de site. In some cases, this triggers an email to notify you. We udnerstand this may be confusing. Ignore the email, and use your Solis-id to logon. The email links you to your personal subscriber dashboard; showing you you have no access. It should not happen, but in some cases, people do receive this email. Sorry for the confusion!
